As China has abundant bamboo resources, Bambrotex started bamboo fibers research ever since 1992. In recent years Bambrotex achieved an extraordinary breakthrough in the research of bamboo fiber manufacturing technologies.
Bamboo fiber is made from well-selected non-polluted bamboo in YunnanProvince. They are all 3-4 year old new bamboo, of good character and ideal temper. Three to four years old green bamboo are used to produce natural and eco-friendly fiber without any chemical additive .The bamboo fiber production flow is: bamboo -> thick pulp -> fine pulp -> bamboo fiber. Bamboo pulp is refined from bamboo through a process of hydrolysis-alkalization and multi-phase bleaching. After that, bamboo pulp is processed into bamboo fiber.
